This week, Stella talks to Melanie Mellemgaard who was born in South Africa to a South African mom of Indian descent and a Faroese dad. Her family moved to the faroe Islands when she was in school. Stella talks to Melanie about the differences between the two countries and why cooking with butter just isn't the same as with ghee.
